Welcome to Nanastoto ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the Nanastoto website at nanastoto.cam and any of its associated services, applications, or features, you ("User", "Player", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nanastoto. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not access or use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those amendments.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register and maintain an Account on Nanastoto, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Nanastoto strictly prohibits access by minors and enforces age verification through the KYC process.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual, and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, and you have satisfied yourself that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You do not hold an existing Account on the Nanastoto Platform, whether active or previously closed.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee or director of Nanastoto or any affiliated entity.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.

You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. Nanastoto reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of the information provided.

4.1 KYC Verification Requirements

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at Nanastoto's discretion at any other time, you may be required to submit documentation including:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph of your MyKad (Malaysian identity card) — front and back — or equivalent government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Age: Confirmation of date of birth evidenced by the identity document submitted.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph of the payment account (e-wallet or bank account) used to make deposits, confirming that it belongs to you.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your identity document may be required in certain circumstances.

Nanastoto aims to complete KYC verification within one (1) business hour of receiving complete and satisfactory documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension pending verification.

Nanastoto accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). Accepted payment methods are subject to change at Nanastoto's discretion.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
• Nanastoto does not charge platform-side processing fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider's own fees may apply.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once processed. You are responsible for confirming the correct amount prior to completing any deposit transaction.

Where Nanastoto has reasonable grounds to suspect that a deposit originates from fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise suspicious activity, we reserve the right to suspend the Account and report the matter to relevant authorities in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions. Nanastoto processes e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes under standard operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account held in your own name and matching your registered Account details.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until your Account has been fully KYC-verified.
• Any active wagering requirements associated with Bonus Funds must be completely satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply. These limits are displayed in the Withdrawal section of your Account dashboard.
• Nanastoto reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time.

Nanastoto offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the total Bonus Funds amount credited, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Nanastoto reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus Funds where it determines that the Player has abused or attempted to abuse the promotional offer, including but not limited to placing contradictory bets or exploiting technical errors.
• Bonus offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account balance without notice.

All bets and game outcomes on the Nanastoto Platform are final once confirmed by the system. Nanastoto reserves the right to void or cancel any bet where a technical error, pricing error, or data feed issue has occurred that materially affected the outcome or odds offered.

• Bets placed in excess of applicable maximum stake limits may be reduced or voided at Nanastoto's discretion.
• Nanastoto does not guarantee the availability of any particular market, game, or sporting event at any given time.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the result as recorded by Nanastoto's system at the time of settlement shall be considered final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in Clause 15.
• Disconnection from the Platform during active gameplay or a live bet does not entitle a Player to a refund unless the Platform itself was the cause of the disconnection and the bet outcome cannot be determined.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Nanastoto Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

1. Collusion: Communicating or coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
2. Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple Accounts, using false information, or exploiting promotional structures in a manner not intended by Nanastoto.
3. Arbitrage Betting: Systematically placing opposing bets across markets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, in a manner that exploits pricing inconsistencies.
4. Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any other automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by Nanastoto.
5. Money Laundering: Using the Platform for the purpose of laundering funds of any kind, regardless of their origin.
6. Fraudulent Payments: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an Account.
7. Identity Fraud: Registering an Account using false identity information or impersonating another individual.
8. Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting a technical error, software glitch, or pricing error to generate winnings that would not otherwise have arisen.

Nanastoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, is occurring, or is likely to occur.

Where an Account is closed for regulatory compliance purposes or responsible gambling concerns, Nanastoto will return any remaining Real Money Funds balance to the registered payment method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Players may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the Nanastoto support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and will prevent the Player from accessing the Platform for the duration of the exclusion period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nanastoto shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity.

Nanastoto does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Where Nanastoto's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nanastoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. All Players are encouraged to gamble responsibly, set personal limits, and seek help if gambling is no longer a source of entertainment.

The Platform provides deposit limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools, all of which are accessible from within your Account settings. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by Nanastoto is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.

By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

Nanastoto reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version of this document on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to an amendment, you should cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 10.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nanastoto holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through Nanastoto's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.

Players who access the Platform from Malaysia acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under Malaysian law, including but not limited to the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953, and accept full personal responsibility for ensuring their compliance with all applicable local laws. Nanastoto does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in Malaysia or any other specific jurisdiction.
